Sportfish & Convertibles
F&S Boatworks Building since 1997.
Jim Floyd learned cold-moulding from Ricky Scarborough Sr. in Wanchese before building his own first hull, the 59-foot Fin-Ally, in 1996. F&S boats are triple-planked Okoume over Douglas fir with glass and Kevlar, marrying Carolina flare to a longitudinally stepped variable-deadrise bottom; convertibles run from around 50 to nearly 80 feet.
