Pat Bustle brings more than two decades of hands-on experience as a yacht broker and a deep passion for boating to his role. A graduate of the University of South Florida, Pat began his first career in the IT industry, where he built a successful track record before ultimately returning to his passion, the yachting industry in 2006.

His expertise is grounded in real-world experience. Pat has spent his lifetime around boats, having owned, built, and refitted numerous boats and yachts, giving him an insider’s perspective on the marine industry from every angle. He has traveled extensively throughout the Gulf Coast, Eastern Seaboard, Caribbean, and Central America aboard yachts—whether for recreation, adventure, or professional work—developing a practical understanding of vessels, cruising grounds, and the unique needs of owners and buyers.
